The team that’s known for their unconventional non-meta picks was at the top of yet another Dota 2 event. Wings Gaming took down the Manila Major champions OG in four games and are looking very good going into TI6.
The first two games were blowouts going to OG and Wings respectively. Game three was much closer but in the end OG weren’t able to shut down an unkillable Anti-Mage, which lead to a loss right after the 30-minute mark. Wings kept up the momentum in game four complimenting their run at you play style with a Spirit Breaker pick, who made one hell of an Aegis steal in a game changing Rosh fight. From that point on, Wings took control of the game winning the $100,000 tournament just weeks before The International.
